Dr. Blake Dayley
Growing up in a small community taught me to appreciate the value of a strong work ethic and integrity. By the age of nine, I was expected to earn a keep at the Dayley household–because, with six boys, how do you maintain order, except by burning energy? Energy was burned while working in the summer’s heat, sorting nuts and bolts at my family’s construction business. It was very monotonous, but persistence paid off as bucket upon bucket emptied. Soon we were able to have a presence at a job site where life lessons were passed from father to brother, some easy and some painful, but my father always pressed for “You are your word; live beyond it.” Although our summers were filled with sunburns and orange vests, we found solace in achieving our goals by finishing each and every job site we were granted. All of these life experiences molded me to find my ideal position, which was to help people and to give them hope.
After high school, Boise State gave me an advanced education and provided me with the tools to further my thought processes, along with a great position to view their football games in the student section. Working part time in the emergency room as a scribe provided sustenance, but it also was the basis for nurturing my drive to help people. It was during this time that my future began to come into picture. Most good men have a great woman behind them, and my wife, Brandi, is no exception. She soon won me over. Brandi has been working in the dental field for 20 years now and works in the front office a couple days a week during the summer months. The transition from the medical field to the dental field was easy because I don’t just like teeth…I love them! This career choice provided me with the ability to help people and truly make a difference in their smiles.
Sunny California would be our destination for dental school. The University of Southern California provided the backdrop where I not only learned the basics, but had the ultimate practical experience. Whether it was elementary dental education or dental treatment on skid row residents, I knew my dream was being realized. My dental training was furthered with extra involvement in pediatrics in Inglewood. After graduation in 2008, our hearts returned us to Boise to resume where we left off and find a place we could call home.
The satisfaction of changing someone’s world through their smile is like no other. Throughout the years of working together, we have grown our livelihood from our first patients (our parents) to a thriving practice full of amazing people ranging from toddlers to seniors. Just as we have always done, we will continue to work toward our goal of changing and perfecting every smile we are fortunate to treat.

Mikki, Office Manager & Billing Specialist
I was born and raised in Idaho. I have been married for over 25 years and have two grown boys. I graduated from Dental Assisting School in 2000, and I quickly discovered that my passion for dentistry was in the front office. I love the ever-changing environment that dentistry has to offer, as well as the challenges it brings. I strive to make every patients’ day better than when they walked into our office. I admire the heartfelt compassion that Dr. Blake Dayley has for his patients and his team; I also admire how he treats every patient like family, always putting their best interest first. I really enjoy working for Dr. Dayley. His humor keeps the day moving and makes for a fun work environment.
When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family while snowmobiling, camping, and fishing.
Nicole H., Receptionist
I joined the front desk team in 2016. I attended Eastern Oregon University on a basketball scholarship, and I received my Bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2014. I love the small office environment and the relationships we build with our patients at Dayley Family Dental. As the first face patients see when they visit our office, I strive to create a welcoming impression as soon as they walk through the door.
I was born and raised in Lewiston, Idaho, and I moved to Boise the summer of 2016. Outside of work, my wife Megan and I enjoy camping, riding dirt bikes, playing softball and spending time outdoors with our two dogs.
Rylee, Front Office
I fell in love with the commitment that Dr. Dayley and the team have for building genuine relationships with patients during my internship with them in the Fall of 2018. I knew that Dayley Family Dental was where I wanted to be, and I was ecstatic when I was able to join the team in May 2019 after finishing dental school and earning my Associates degree in dental assisting.
Working in the front office allows me to further build relationships with our patients and allows me to be the friendly face they see when coming into our office.
I was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, and I moved to Boise in February 2019. When I am not working, I love being outside, my best friend and husband, Ryder, by my side, hiking camping and dirt bike riding.
Heidi, Dental Hygienist
I have been with the Dayley Family Dental team since 2016. I graduated in 2017 with my Associates degree in dental hygiene. I am excited to be part of a team in such a fun, easygoing environment. As a team player, I enjoy making patients feel welcome in our office, and I always help in any way I can. Dr. Dayley is so much fun to work with! We are always laughing and having a great time at work, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Outside of work, I love exercising, playing softball, hunting, fishing, camping and being out in nature with my husband, Riley, our son, Oliver, and our dog, LeRoy.
Lindsey, Dental Hygienist
I started working at Dayley Family Dental with Dr. Dayley and the team in April 2019. I attended Treasure Valley Community College on a softball scholarship and received my Associates of Arts degree in 2014. I recently graduated from Carrington College with my Associates of Science degree in dental hygiene. I’m so excited to be part of an awesome team to accomplish goals and help provide the best care. One thing that is very important to me is to build genuine relationships with my patients to make it a great experience.
I come from a great family of four and have a Yorkshire named Cruz. In my spare time I enjoy working out, hunting, fishing and hiking. I love spending time with my family and being outdoors.
Violet, Dental Assistant
I joined the Dayley Family Dental team in 2015, straight out of dental assisting school, and I cannot imagine working anywhere else now. I love the fun, easy-going atmosphere of our office. My favorite aspect of my career is building genuine relationships with our patients.
My other pleasures in life include running and riding bikes with my family on the Boise greenbelt. In the summer, we love to go camping, swimming, and watch movies at the drive-in theatre. I have been married for 11 years and have three children who love to keep me very busy.
Heather, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, MSN
I’m excited to bring in-office sedation to Dayley Family Dental. I trained in the use of anesthesia in the United States Air Force and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio with a Master of Science in nurse anesthesia.
I have had the pleasure of providing care in many parts of the country and overseas while I was in the military. Anesthesia care is truly my passion. I am married with four great kids and we love living in Idaho!
